The Soqué Warehouse Apartments has an Strata Committee that is elected to represent the Owners Corporation.
Strata Committee meetings usually take place monthly to discuss any management, financial & administrative issues requiring attention. Owners are welcome to attend but cannot address the meeting unless agreed upon by the committee. Please feel free to contact a member of the Strata Committee if you have any comments, complaints or suggestions. Please check the notice board for agendas, minutes, times & dates. The notice board is located next to the Milford Street elevator on the ground floor.
