Located in the beautiful old Wool Sheds, is the hole-in-the-wall café space, Milford Espresso. The team use Gusto Mañana beans from Seven Miles Coffee Roasters. Love it so much? Pick yourself up a bag to take home with you.

Local commissioned murals

Commissioned mural for our main entry foyer on Milford Street here at Soqué Warehouse Apartments. The mural shares an abstract design using a combination of historic illustrative elements with key reference to recognised items of trade such as a section of an old maps, wool bail branding, wool presses, wool graders and other staff/characters and equipment.

Shared community library

On the ground floor within our Roslyn Avenue foyer, there is a beautiful cabinet that is full of always evolving collection of pre-loved books from our residents collections. Feel free to pop on down and check out what could be your next favourite story. If you are having a cleanout, always feel free to add books to our growing collection rather than throwing away.
